Telephone Contact.
Once submitted, your application form will be reviewed by our Head Office Team.  You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for a telephone interview within approximately 3 business days from the date we receive your Application Form.

First Interview.
Following the successful completion of this telephone interview, we will organise a time for you to visit us for an informal meeting and to be shown through an existing salon.  During this interview, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to Brazilian Beauty and the franchising opportunity will be discussed with you in more detail.  At this meeting we will also complete a confidentiality agreement to be signed by all parties involved with the franchise purchase.

Franchisee Kit.
The Head Office Team will make an assessment of your suitability to join the Brazilian Beauty Team. If you are successful and wish to pursue the business opportunity you will be issued with the Franchisee Kit, which consists of the Disclosure Document, Franchise Agreement and Franchising Code of Conduct accompanied by sample turnover figures from existing Brazilian Beauty salons.

Second Interview.
You are sure to have many questions about the franchise operation.  Returning for the second interview will provide you with the perfect opportunity to have these questions answered by the Head Office Team.  Your questions may be about the Franchise Agreement or about the Brazilian Beauty franchise operation or a combination of both.

Contact Existing Franchisees.
It is important that you take the opportunity to learn more about the Brazilian Beauty operation from our existing franchisees, not just from us.  We encourage you to contact or visit by arrangement a current franchisee to gather your own information and to see how Brazilian Beauty works for them.

Franchise Agreement
Following your approval into the Brazilian Beauty franchise team, we will liaise with you in preparing your Franchise Agreements.  Depending on organisation and time constraints, the Franchise Agreements can be available within three weeks.

Training.
The Brazilian Beauty induction training is 3 weeks in total.  The 3 weeks comprises of 1 week formal operations training prior to recruitment of your team, plus 1 week in-store training with your new team the week prior to opening and 1 week in-store the first week of trading. 
This allows for the information you learn to be retained and passed on to your team so you are fully competent and versed in the Brazilian Beauty systems and processes prior to your store opening.  In addition we provide external training for specific products (4 days), software (interactive home study) and treatment processes (ongoing).
