Homecare Instructions
Body Brush - use daily towards heart before
showering, all over body. Avoid bust, front of neck and face.
Use mornings and before applying Ionithermie kit.
Ionithermie Kit - at night, before bed apply
Tonic Silhouette over concerns areas (thighs, buttocks, stomach
and arms), using a cotton pad. Snap open A+B ampoule using a tissue
and apply ALL of the contents to your concern areas. Then using
the size of a hazelnut for each area, apply the Metasysteme cream,
spread evenly first then rub into areas. Immediately, or the next
morning, after a shower, apply Lait Pour Le Corps all over the
body.
Body and Legs Duo – After your shower
or bath, spray some serum on your feet and legs (or any other
part of the body), rub upwards then apply some emulsion, and rub
in.
If using Ionithermie with Body and Legs Duo, use Ionithermie
completely at night and Body and legs in the morning.
